WALTHAM, Mass.-Jan. 23, 2008--The Board of Directors of PerkinElmer, Inc. (NYSE: PKI), meeting on January 23, 2008, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.07 per share of common stock. This dividend is payable on May 9, 2008, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on April 18, 2008.
