The product manager role is critical to maximizing customer satisfaction in terms of capturing the voice of the customer and expanding penetration of the company’s products into the SMT market.

Shawn’s previous twenty seven year career at Universal Instruments spanned manufacturing, engineering, marketing, corporate account management, and business development for SMT equipment and software. More recently, Shawn was responsible for North American sales and business development for iTAC Software, which is a provider of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software for electronic and other manufacturing processes.
