Dec 01, 2016 WKK Distribution Ltd., the leading supplier of industrial machinery and materials in Asia, announces the acquisition of the global know-how, manufacturing, distribution and intellectual property rights of the post-etch punch and fixed tooling products previously owned by Multiline Technology.
WKK Distribution has been distributing Multiline products in Greater China and South East Asia for over 30 years now. The product lines now acquired by WKK Distribution Ltd from Multiline are as follows.
The ATP, OPE and ECP lines of post-etch punch products which have been the Flagship Multiline products which offer both flexibility and reliability for many years. These products remain in usage all over the world today.
WKK has put in place a new factory building inside the WKK Technology Park located in Dongguan China to accommodate the new production lines.

Through the acquisition, WKK can better serve its multinational customers with factories outside Greater China and Southeast Asia.
