SEHO Systems GmbH, a worldwide leading manufacturer of complete solutions for soldering processes and automated production lines, will exhibit in Booth 5B05-5B03 with its representative for Spain and Portugal, Propelec S.A., at MATELEC, scheduled to take place Oct 25-28, 2016 in Madrid, Spain. The PowerWave N2, equipped with a closed tunnel system, will be on display at the show. The booth will be divided in two sections: a display area for the machines and a waiting / discussion area with "Manolo's Bar" serving drinks and his famous tapas.
The PowerWave N2 is designed primarily to optimize product quality and minimize production costs. The special design of the stainless steel tunnel results in low nitrogen consumption and the innovative tunnel insulation ensures very high energy efficiency. Clear advantages for production costs.
The PowerWave N2 features an innovative fluxer unit that reduces flux consumption remarkably, and simultaneously creates low maintenance requirements. The spray fluxer with HVLP technology (high-volume – low pressure) ensures a stable spray jet and a very precise spray pattern even at the outer edges of the printed circuit boards (PCBs). This allows a reproducible fluxing process. Additionally, alcohol-based as well as water-based fluxes can be processed without any problems.
The flexible preheating zone configuration with an active length of 1800mm (70.86") enables the system to be customized to specific production needs. Depending on the requirements, the PowerWave N2 may be equipped with infrared heating zones, immediately reacting quartz emitters, or with convection heating modules.
The soldering area offers a flexible configuration which leaves nothing to be desired. This also includes automatic height adjustment of the solder nozzles, and the programmable sectorial soldering mode which is a unique tool to optimize the soldering process for difficult assemblies. As an added benefit, up-to-date and innovative wave formers ensure maximum flexibility in the soldering area and high quality soldering results. For further information, please visit www.seho.de.
