The Mass VHF 300 offers superior capabilities for Via in Pad (Type VII) technology by providing a single pass fill to eliminate the risk of air voids.

Furthermore, its heated head allows for ease of use with both conductive and non-conductive inks.

The MASS 300 contains a vacuum option allowing for the plugging of blind vias.
