Highlighted Products at IPC APEX EXPO:
X-30 4.0 Fully Automatic Stencil, PCB & Misprint Cleaner: The X-30 4.0, the industry's "smartest" cleaning equipment, fully incorporates the use of SMART I/O Link devices. It features a Vertical Format Batch Cleaning System, offering maximum chemistry flexibility for various applications. The X Series supports the use of aqueous, saponification, semi-aqueous, alcohols, and hybrid solvents, effectively removing flux residues, solder pastes, inks, adhesives, and other residues.
Aqua ROSE ES Zero Discharge Batch Cleaner: The Aqua ROSE ES is a state-of-the-art zero discharge batch cleaner designed to meet the evolving needs of industries requiring precision cleaning. Key features include cutting-edge technology for superior cleaning performance, zero discharge design minimizing environmental impact, efficient batch cleaning capabilities for increased productivity, robust construction for long-lasting reliability, and a user-friendly interface for easy operation and maintenance.
Mega ION Cleaning System: The Mega ION uses solvents for jet under submersion cleaning and final polishing. It has a broad spectrum of applications and is capable of using several common solvents used in everyday production and vapor degreasing. This cleaning system is designed for high-reliability applications requiring product cleanliness verification (IPC ROSE Testing). It is used for final cleaning before conformal coat, encapsulation, or other sealing operations to protect electronic modules.
T-8 TYPHOON: The T-8 features an adjustable chemical injection pump to aid in maintaining optimal chemical wash concentration. Additionally, its dynamic air blow-off design ensures a water-free chemical isolation process. With a powerful 15 HP wash pump and Aqua Klean's proprietary nozzle configurations, the T-8 enables precise flooding and impingement on PCBs, effectively solubilizing all flux residues.
T-15 TYPHOON: The T-15, AKS’ inaugural flagship prototype, has been the driving force behind the success of the Typhoon inline cleaning product line, empowering customers to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness. It stands as a powerhouse, delivering exceptional performance and cleanliness.

Austin American Technology is on the forefront of engineering and manufacturing high performance cleaning system for over 35 years, delivering solutions worldwide. AAT was founded in 1986, as a provider of SMT rework systems and process engineering testing services. In 1988, their focus shifted toward the high-end electronics cleaning segment with the introduction of the world’s first automated stencil cleaner. In 2000, Austin American Technology became a market leader in inline cleaning systems with the introduction of the award-winning HydroJet® series. Patented cleaning and drying technologies were incorporated into an energy and space-efficient format to set new standards for performance and low cost of ownership. Building on this success, AAT introduced the MicroJet® inline flip chip cleaner to provide high volume cleaning capability in a small footprint. In 2013 AAT introduced the world’s smallest most efficient inline cleaner, the NanoJet®.
