Feb 09, 2026 Count On Tools, Inc. (COT), a leading provider of precision components and SMT spare parts, has introduced a custom large-format vacuum nozzle designed for Yamaha YRM pick-and-place platforms. The nozzle improves handling stability and pickup reliability for larger and heavier components commonly used in high-mix and specialized production environments.
The design features a 25 mm diameter base to increase surface contact and provide more stable vacuum pickup during placement. It is precision-machined to fit ANE locations 64, 66, and 68 and incorporates a 15.0 mm O-ring to ensure a tight seal and consistent pickup performance.
Well suited for applications where standard tooling may struggle with oversized or higher-mass components, the nozzle helps maintain placement accuracy while supporting reliable operation on Yamaha YRM equipment.
