Count On Tools Develops Custom Samsung Nozzle for LiteOn TLMH4TGVADA LED Placement

Mar 12, 2026

Count On Tools, Inc. (COT), a leading provider of precision components and SMT spare parts, has introduced a custom Samsung nozzle (Part #2026-5654) designed for the placement of the LiteOn TLMH4TGVADA LED.

The nozzle is compatible with Samsung CP45 and SM10–SM421 series pick-and-place machines and features a Samsung-style nozzle base with a standard reflector size for proper machine recognition. It incorporates a precision plastic tip with a 4.50mm x 4.50mm outside diameter, sized to accommodate the geometry of the LiteOn LED.

The plastic tip is designed to provide secure pickup while helping protect sensitive LED surfaces during high-speed SMT assembly. The combination of a durable nozzle base and application-specific tip helps maintain stable placement and consistent vacuum performance.

“LED components often require specialized handling because of their shape and sensitive surfaces,” said Curt Couch, Vice President, Count On Tools. “Our custom nozzle designs help ensure reliable pickup and accurate placement while keeping pace with the speed of modern SMT production lines.”

With more than 35 years of experience, Count On Tools supplies standard and custom nozzle solutions for a wide range of SMT platforms. The company frequently develops application-specific tooling for components such as LEDs, connectors, microelectronics, and other non-standard packages.
