NCAB Group, one of the world’s largest suppliers of printed circuit boards (PCBs) with headquarters in Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has been nearly one year since the company acquired M-Wave International LLC’s PCB Division and established the NCAB Group USA’s Chicago Division. These companies brought together two outstanding customer focused organizations that provide high quality PCBs to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and contract manufacturers (CMs) in North America.

The synergies between the companies have forged a foundation for continued growth and expansion into the US market. Bob Duke, Managing Director for the Chicago division stated, “The benefits that we had anticipated, such as increased purchasing power and additional resources, have helped us provide even greater value to our customers.”

In 2015 NCAB Group USA will continue to grow, opening additional divisions in key regions throughout North America. According to company President Andrew D’Agostino, the company’s success is the result of its people, “When I’m asked what sets us apart from the competition, I always have to come back to our people and the company values.” D’Agostino continued, “NCAB Group’s people are exceptional and we all work together with a shared set of values. This begins with quality first and foremost, in the products we deliver and in the way we conduct business. We strive to build strong relationships, with our customers and our factories, and take fully responsibility working continuously to meet and exceed customer requirements.”

Each NCAB Group division provides local access for the customer that is supported by the strength of a large global enterprise. These regional divisions are dedicated to the local market, providing customers with immediate access to technical and commercial assistance. Globally, NCAB Group has annual sales in excess of 100 million EUR with 13 country locations around the world and a total of 260 employees, including 70 people located in China.
