This HDI fabrication hands-on workshop provides an essential instructive platform for companies interested in learning the advanced fabrication processes of HDI technology. Mike Tucker is the Technical Services Engineer for P.D. Circuits. Mike is responsible for providing design and manufacturing engineering support to P.D. Circuits’ customers and supply partners. Mike is a certified IPC600 trainer and regularly presents seminars to customers covering topics such as controlled impedance, DFM, material selection, PCB print notes, and PCB basics.
