P.D. Circuits has promoted Mr. Shong Li from Quality Manager to Quality Director. The new Quality Manager reporting to Mr. Li will start on July 1, 2010, and brings eight years experience as Quality Manager at a local PCB fabricator.

This addition will allow Mr. Li to focus primarily on facility and process audits, as well as problem prevention and resolution. The company also added a second shift Cross Section Technician and additional support staff.
