Atg Luther & Maelzer Gmbh will use the IPC APEX EXPO to launch its new A1b Flying Probe Test System to the North American market. The tester will be on display in Everett Charles Technologies’ Booth #447 April 12-14, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas.
