Libra Industries continues to pursue acquisitions – both business acquisitions and customer facilities. The company is currently the trusted manufacturing partner for customers requiring medium to low volume components and assemblies sold into the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Libra has extensive capabilities in fabrication, machining, printed circuit board assembly and cable and wire harness production as well as complex assembly and testing. A systems integrator of complex products with broad vertically integrated capabilities, the company operates out of seven facilities in Dayton, Cleveland, Dallas and Guaymas, Mexico. Libra is looking to make acquisitions throughout North America, to extend its on-shore and near-shore offerings.
