Kris Roberson Joins STI Electronics as Master Instructor

STI Electronics, Inc., a full-service organization providing training services, training materials, analytical/failure analysis, prototyping, and small-to-medium volume contract PCB assembly, is pleased to announce the hiring of Kris Roberson as Master Instructor. Roberson will be responsible for conducting IPC certification courses for both Certified IPC Specialists and Trainers.

Roberson joins STI with more than 30 years in the electronics manufacturing industry and 20 years in technical and corporate education. In addition to his new role at STI, Roberson will be involved with IPC technical and training committees. He will head up curriculum development, advertising and social media, as well as a number of new projects for STI training, manufacturing and laboratory services.

“Kris’ unique experience and perspectives in electronics manufacturing training and in the electronics industry will be a great benefit to STI’s students,” said Pat Scott, Director of Training Services. “The addition of Kris to the Training Department will allow us to maintain a presence in the IPC committees while we continue to meet customer demands.”
