STI Electronics Inc. Introduces New Industrial Line and Industrial Sales Manager

MADISON, AL � December 2008 � STI Electronics, Inc., a full service organization providing training, distribution, consulting, laboratory analysis, prototyping, and small- to medium-volume PCB assembly, introduces its new industrial line, and appoints Ryan Kirk to manage industrial sales. STI's Industrial Division offers solutions in assembly tooling, hand tools, tool accessories, hydraulic tooling, material handling, safety and many other miscellaneous Industrial products.

Ryan Kirk, STI's new Industrial Sales Manager, has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Athens State University. He began his sales and distribution experience working for Stanley Tools, where he worked as a key account manager and was responsible for distributor accounts throughout the country. Later, he was promoted to channel manager, helping to maintain the Home Depot account for the Stanley Hardware Division. Here he gained knowledge in the mass distribution channel, dealing with Stanley's largest direct customer.

Kirk also brought experience from his tenure at Atlas Copco Tools where he was a regional sales manager. From this position, he acquired extensive product knowledge and experience in industrial tooling, including pneumatic assembly tools, electric assembly tools, quality analysis tooling, grinders, percussive tools, drills, air motors, hoists and trolleys, air line accessories, and service.

In his new position, Kirk will provide a wider product offering to STI's current customers. He also plans to expand STI's customer base into industrial accounts, providing them with quality solutions for their application needs.
