McGinniss will be working with the Training Services department teaching operator level (CIS) courses for IPC-A�-610, J-STD-001, and custom classes for the electronics manufacturing industry. She comes to STI from RWD Technologies and brings more than five years experience in classroom instruction and electronics manufacturing.
