MicroCare is pleased to announce that Ms. Guylaine Guerette has joined the MicroCare management team in the newly created position of Senior Marketing Manager.
Ms. Guerette has spent eighteen years in marketing at Brady Corporation (Branford, CT). At that company, she managed multi-channel marketing programs and led the deployment of sophisticated marketing campaigns for various Brady Workplace Safety sub-brands. She led a team of twelve people to create marketing programs that drove customer engagement, revenue improvements and achieved acquisition and revenue goals. She was also deeply involved with new product launches, branding, digital marketing, and process improvements.
“Guylaine is a superb addition to MicroCare,” noted Mr. Tom Tattersall, MicroCare Chief Operating Officer. “She has deep, hands-on experience in crucial marketing skills and also a heads-up strategic perspective that is so rare but so essential to building sustainable, long-term marketing programs.”
Ms. Heather Gombos, Vice President – Operations at MicroCare agrees. “I think Guylaine brings the benefit of ‘fresh eyes’ to the MicroCare marketing mix. Her ideas and guidance are going to help our customers better understand what MicroCare can do for them; how we save them money.”
At MicroCare, Ms. Guerette will be responsible for synchronizing the marketing programs at the company across all four business units. “Initially, it’s going to be a real puzzle,” she said, “to learn about all the markets that MicroCare serves and to fully understand the complex products they make. I’m very much looking forward to the challenge.”
Personally, she is an alumna of Endicott College in Beverly, MA. Ms. Guerette lives with her husband and English Setter, Bo. She enjoys travelling, photography and Formula 1 racing.
