First Website Dedicated to PoP Package On Package Assembly

This new website, http://www.packageonpackage.co.uk provides information on hands on training, inspection standards, online webinars, and a PoP photo library for process and quality engineers to assist with training staff and producing shop floor documentation. The site also provide design reviews, process set-up, optimisation audits, materials testing and failure analysis services to assist design and process engineering teams embarking on the use of PoP.

Over the coming months we will be featuring Package On Package Assembly process defects, video interviews from engineers already involved with PoP and an online consultancy and advice service on this exciting and challenging technology. We have scheduled Package On Package workshops at SMTA International and IPC APEX in the USA plus hands on events in Europe.
