The AMR transports inspection units with precision, multi-tray handling, and built-in safety sensors, reducing manual labour and optimising workflows. The VisionXpert Smart Camera performs comprehensive quality assurance by verifying cosmetic standards (surface print defects) and data legibility (OCR and colour counting checks) in real-time. This is further supported by the VisionXpert Smart Code Reader, which captures the batch number on each item. All inspection data is uploaded to V-ONE for visualisation, A.I.-driven insights, full traceability, and workflow automation. Together, this integrated demonstration showcases a fully connected, data-driven, and efficient manufacturing ecosystem, empowering manufacturers with higher productivity, precision, and flexibility for Industry 5.0-ready operations.
In addition to the live demonstration, ViTrox will also showcase its Integrated Industrial Embedded Solutions during the show, designed to strengthen the automation foundation of production lines through a wide range of advanced offerings, including EtherCAT-based I/O Solutions, Illumination Systems, Motion Solutions, etc.
