ViTrox Americas Inc. will exhibit at the SMTA Dallas Expo & Tech Forum 2026 on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at the Plano Event Center. At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to see how ViTrox’s latest inspection systems are helping electronics manufacturers improve accuracy, speed, and reliability across their SMT production lines.
Featured technologies include the ViE SmartCamera – VisionXpert Smart Camera (XC-100 Series), a compact, all-in-one “mini AOI” solution designed for environments where space and flexibility are critical. Ideal for labs, new product introduction (NPI), and low-volume production, the system leverages advanced vision tools, AI auto-tuning, and deep learning inspection to adapt to challenging visual conditions. Its ability to deliver consistent results across reflective, low-contrast, and textured surfaces makes it well-suited for a wide range of inspection scenarios.
Also on display is the V510i Smart 3D AOI System, a high-performance platform developed to meet the demands of modern SMT manufacturing. Equipped with high-resolution imaging and advanced AI capabilities, the system delivers comprehensive inspection coverage with high speed and accuracy. By reducing reliance on manual inspection, it helps minimize human error while improving yield, quality, and overall cost efficiency.
Rounding out the showcase is the V810Ai QX1 Smart 3D AXI System, an advanced inspection platform designed for complex electronic assemblies. Combining ultra-high-resolution imaging with AI-driven technologies, the system enables precise detection of miniature defects and accurate 3D reconstruction of internal structures. Its Advanced Planar CT technology supports dual-sided PCB inspection with selective slice analysis, providing enhanced defect coverage, traceability, and throughput.
“SMTA Dallas is a great opportunity to connect with manufacturers and demonstrate how AI-driven inspection is improving production outcomes,” said Sy Creed, Business Development Director, ViTrox. “Our latest systems are designed to help customers achieve more consistent results while keeping pace with increasing product complexity.”
Visitors are encouraged to stop by to see live demonstrations and speak with ViTrox experts about their inspection challenges and requirements.
