Dec 05, 2014 Bittele Electronics Inc., a Toronto-based firm specializing in prototype and low-volume printed circuit card assembly, is pleased to announce that it is expanding its operations by opening a sales office in Dundee, United Kingdom. This office will support Bittele’s customers in the United Kingdom and other countries of Western Europe.
This new office will bring the company’s sales and customer service functions closer to its UK customers, and position the company for continued growth in Europe. Bittele’s production and PCB assembly facilities in Shenzhen, China, will also support the customer base in this region.
“We are responding to the needs of many customers who have been in need of our services in this region. To serve them better, we have now decided to open an office in the United Kingdom,” says Ege Borluoglu, Marketing Manager of Bittele. “In addition to meeting the need for PCB assembly that emphasizes high quality with fast turnaround , we hope that this expansion will increase our involvement in sustainability projects in Western Europe,” Mr. Borluoglu added.
Since 2003, Bittele Electronics has consistently provided low-volume, electronic contract manufacturing (ECM) and turnkey printed circuit board (PCB) assembly services. It specializes in board level turnkey PCB assembly for design engineers needing low volume or prototype printed circuit boards. Its PCB manufacturing houses are located in Shenzhen, China. It employs a 600-person workforce, consisting of 450 PCB fabrication specialists and 150 PCB assembly specialists. It holds a ISO9001 certification and it is compliant with IPC-A600 and IPC A610.
