The InspectoScan C from STP Electronics automates the inspection of connectors, conformal coatings, through hole solder joints, hardware, RF shielding, touch panels, wires, edge connectors, labels and many other components not addressed by standard AOI systems. Easy to program and operate, the InspectoScan C is able to do multiple types of inspection in a single cycle.
Laser metrology allows for precision measurement of positional and spatial placement of even large parts such as capacitors, shielding, and structural components.
Additional software allows for the inspection of BGA's as well.
