The ISM2000 will support Juki’s high-speed line. Designed for optimal management of large reels, the ISM2000 intelligent automatic storage system for SMD will be showcased at the show. With the ISM2000 automatic warehouse, reels up to 15" and 24mm in height, and JEDEC trays can be safely stored and managed with ease. The system features a patented multiple outlet, allowing the simultaneous extraction and insertion of up to 27 reels at a time. Additionally, the rapid outlet allows the extraction of a single reel in record time.
The ISM400 intelligent dynamic warehouse will support Juki’s high-mix and LED/odd-form advanced technology lines. Designed for SMD/PTH carriers and components, the ISM400 has been developed to satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of electronic and other components. With the ability to configure up to 480 different positions in the ACS400 intelligent static warehouse, it is possible to insert 7/13/15" reels, JEDEC trays, SMT and PTH slots, screen-printing frames and foils, printed circuits, PTH components, and more.
All ACS intelligent static warehouses can be configured with the humidity control module. Thus, it is possible to control and monitor humidity, and to maintain an internal environment with humidity of less than five percent. Additionally, with the AutoSMD Software, the systems can trace all component movements and automatically calculate the exposure time beyond the limits, notifying the operator and blocking the component if the maximum limit is exceeded.
