PVA today announced plans to exhibit at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Sept. 21-22, 2022 at the Expo Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. The team will demonstrate the Delta 8 four-axis conformal coating machine with a FCS300ES Spray Valve, FC100-CF Film Coating Valve and FCM100 Front Closing Micro Dispense Valve.
Ideal for selective coating, potting, bead and meter-mix dispensing applications, the Delta 8 is designed for maximum flexibility and can be configured for custom assembly applications. The Delta 8 has many options and integrated features including robotic system repeatability of +/-25 microns and multiple dispensing applications or materials in one cell.
The system will be shown with PVA's FCS300-ES extended spray valve that provides a repeatable, concentrated coating film in circular pattern widths ranging from 0.125” to 0.5”.
The FC100-CF film coating valve produces a sharp, non-atomized stream of low viscosity fluids and coatings.
The PVA FCM100 is ideal for any low viscosity underfill, encapsulant, conformal coating, and micro dot or bead dispensing project.
Experts from PVA will be on hand to answer questions about coating and dispensing, as well as other application solutions in the PVA line-up such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
