Spotlight on Delta 6 and Delta 8 Systems
PVA will highlight the Delta 6 3-Axis Coating Machine, completely redesigned in 2025 to deliver faster throughput and easier service. Features include a high-speed gantry, fiducial camera, needle calibration, automatic solvent refill, and the FC100-CFR rotating film coat valve with continuous film calibration via the CFC + GPCC fluid pressure control system. The Delta 6 also boasts a stiffer frame, more powerful motors achieving 1g acceleration in X and Y axes, and removable panels for simplified maintenance, all while maintaining its original work area and conveyor clearance.
The Delta 8 4-Axis RTV Staking Machine and Delta 8 3-Axis TIM Dispense + Pick-and-Place Machine will also be on display. Both systems feature fiducial cameras, precision valves, and advanced automation software such as PathMaster X, offering reliable, repeatable performance for medium- and low-viscosity materials. Additionally, the SMR-LP Low Pressure Servo Metering Rod will be showcased as a cost-effective solution for precision dispensing at lower operating pressures.
