Pacific X-ray Imaging (PXI) announces a new release version and direct sales of their PXi-Pro X-ray Image Analysis Processors and field upgrade kits

Pacific X-ray Imaging, a San Diego based supplier of Industrial X-ray Imaging systems and components, announced today a new and improved version of their PXi-Pro X-Ray Image Analysis Processing software.

The Image Analysis software suite has been used widely by OEM integrators over the past 12 years, and now PXI has expanded its role to provide the systems directly to its customers both on new system builds and refurbishments and well as special turnkey upgrade packages for any x-ray inspection system.

As stated by Mr. Dale Thayer, President of PXI, “this offering allows PXI to be directly involved with emerging application needs as well as retrofitting older systems to meet today’s technology inspection requirements. Our PXi-Pro Windows 7 based software provides for complete acquisition, storage and several measurement features to assist users in the analysis of the x-ray images for electronic circuit board assembly and general component structures.  It can also be used widely for general non-destructive testing applications”.
