This expansion bolsters the center’s ability to support comprehensive process qualification, optimization and cleaning trial support providing customers with industry-leading cleaning technology and advanced analytical resources to meet rigorous production requirements.
The ZESTRON Technical Center offers an array of inline and batch cleaning systems, now featuring the PBT SuperSwash III and the T8 Chem Wash/ISO module and the ASK T12 Dual Water Wash/Dry module. These advanced systems provide an enhanced range of cleaning options, accommodating a variety of process and product requirements while delivering greater flexibility and efficiency. Whether for high-mix or high-volume production, these machines allow for thorough and adaptable process testing in a real- world environment.
In addition to the expanded cleaning equipment options, ZESTRON’s Technical Center is equipped with numerous cleanliness assessment tools that are required for process qualification per IPC-J-STD-001 Rev J. This includes high magnification, Ion Chromatography, and SIR analyses.
