Microscreen Welcomes Industry Veteran Ed Nyhus as Sales Representative for the Northeast Region

Jan 15, 2026

Microscreen, a U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-precision SMT solder stencils and custom tooling solutions, continues to expand its customer support network as demand grows across high-reliability electronics markets. Ed Nyhus has joined the company as its newest sales representative for New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Ed brings more than three decades of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a background that spans SMT process support, printing technologies, and production troubleshooting. He has spent much of his career helping manufacturers improve their print quality and throughput, providing experience that aligns directly with Microscreen’s focus on precision SMT solder stencils and custom tooling.

“Ed knows this industry inside and out,” said Gary Hardin of Microscreen. “He understands what customers are up against on the production floor, and he knows how to help them get the most out of their print process. He’s a great fit for our team and for our customers in the Northeast.”

Microscreen continues to see strong growth as demand increases for high-precision laser-cut stencils, nano-coated stencils, step-stencil solutions, custom tooling, and related SMT printing products used across aerospace, medical, automotive, consumer electronics, and other high-reliability sectors. The addition of dedicated regional support is part of Microscreen’s broader effort to strengthen customer coverage as its product line and national footprint expand.
