Anda Technologies announces that it was awarded a 2020 GLOBAL Technology Award in the category of Conformal Coating for its iCoat-6 High Precision Selective Conformal Coating. The award was announced during a Virtual Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020.
This highly precise, selective conformal coating machine offers closed-loop fluid heating that provides a constant fluid viscosity, even in machine suspension. The recirculating fluid delivery system offers stable fluid pressure and temperature, even under varying production and incoming air pressure conditions.
For thin-film applications, a laser film width sensor provides a closed-loop automatic adjustment of thin-film coating parameters. A dual head configuration with fixed valve separation is standard for the iCoat-6.
