The new platform, called BidCQ, gives distributors bid sheets detailing part manufacturers, manufacturer’s part number, and a product description, as well as access to line-item attachments. Distributors can respond to customer requests for quote (RFQ) with their on-hand inventory or lead time, price information across quoted quantities, minimum quantity buys, quantity multiples, suggested alternate parts, and other information.
