At the beginning of the year the company incresed its production capacity by 80%, implementing another SMT line in its production hall.
Аt a time of massive staff cuts in major international enterprises, Phonotronica hiered new key staff to strenghten its manufacturing processes.
The Engineering and Tool Shop Department of the comany, who are one of the main "culprits" for our customers to choose us as their partner, received new equipment and became more independent from external sub-supliers, faster and more flexible.
And one of the most significat changes for the company is that Phonotronica is on the way to receive its offical IATF16949 certification.
