TORRANCE, CA - Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, releases NIX OF AMERICA’s NIKKO adjustable PCB magazines, racks and board handling equipment. NIKKO offers several models to accommodate any board size and loader/unloader.

The NIKKO Standard Rack features smooth width adjustment in less than five seconds using NIKKO’s patented rack and pinion system. The rack features ESD-safe plastic card guides with 50 slots and is compatible with all equipment brands. Additionally, the rack features heat-resistant card guides for board temperatures up to 275°F.

NIKKO also provides customized racks to fit any PCB:

• Jumbo Magazine: Holds up to 24 x 28" PCBs

• Metal Magazine: Heat-resistance magazine for dry and oven processes

• Low Height Magazine: Available to add every 10 slots
