The SAM-CT35Q is a tabletop, automatic precision PCB router. The compact size and weight of the system make it ideal for limited work spaces and versatility in a production line setup. The easy-to-use system features a push button control to start operation.
The precision router features a built-in safety door to protect the operator during the routing process and a fixture-based highly efficient dust vacuum system. The high-speed router bit precisely cuts densely populated PCBs without stressing the board. Additionally, cutting paths can be set as close as 0.5 mm to a component. The routing area of the large board model covers 500 x 300 mm.
Sayaka’s CT35Q Series is the ideal solution for stress-free depanelization for larger panel sizes. The router provides clean and precise depanelization for densely populated PCBs, and offline image-processing software for programming router paths.
