The selection of Supermax ECAD follows an extensive and successful benchmark of the tool�s capabilities. Supermax ECAD enables Aspocomp to complete advanced hybrid circuits fast by offering a very high level of design automation in the thick film and LTCC area while preserving earlier investments in CAD libraries and manufacturing formats.
