Parvus Corp. Strengthens Management Team with New Directors of Sales and Finance

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH � September 8, 2004 - Parvus� Corporation today announced the appointment of Michael B. Simpson and John H. Bowen as Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Finance, respectively. Joining Parvus during the company�s strongest sales year in its 21-year history, Simpson and Bowen serve in newly created positions designed to further strengthen the company for ongoing growth and expansion.

Santo. �Since the merger with Eurotech of Italy a little over a year ago, Parvus has experienced significant and rapid growth across all of our markets. Simpson brings more than a dozen years of sales management experience to Parvus, most recently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer for QSI Corporation, a designer of industrial touch screen displays and computer interfaces. While at QSI, he was responsible for the overall management of the company�s top 10 key corporate accounts. Prior to QSI, Simpson worked for Setpoint Engineering Systems, Showtronix, and Sarcos Development Corporation in sales and sales management roles. A resident of West Jordan, Utah, Simpson graduated from the University of Utah.

Bowen, Parvus� new Director of Finance, is a Certified Public Account (CPA) with a Masters of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University. He brings more than a decade of professional accounting experience to Parvus, including special expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and optimization of electronics manufacturing operations. A resident of Lehi, Utah, Bowen previously served as provisional CFO and Controller for clients while working as the Regional Accounting Manager for Business Resource Network and Assistant Controller for Vantage Controls.
