Founded in 1999, with an area of 15,000 sq m, Hexi has more than 260 employees, comprised of 80 percent engineers and technicians. In cooperation with TSC Company, it has been developing such products as lead-free solder systems, SMT accessorial equipment, and electronics products.
Hexi's product line ranges from reflow soldering and wave soldering to printing machines, assistant equipment and AOI systems. The machines are easy to setup, and using the onboard profiling system profiles can be easily prepared for either lead or lead-free manufacture.
Hexi convection ovens are well assembled and offer solutions from 5 zone (5 top side, 5 bottom side and a further cooling zone) through to 6,7,8,9 and 10 zone machines. Each system can be configured to accept nitrogen capability and can be supplied with flux reclamation units.
