FCT Assembly today announced the appointment of Carlos Bobadilla to Application & Design Manager – Mexico. Bobadilla is responsible for setting up stencil manufacturing operations and designing best practices for Fine Line Stencil in Mexico.
In his new role, Bobadilla will build the stencil technology roadmap for Fine Line Stencil in Mexico and the U.S. He will supervise and coordinate the analysis, evaluation, development, testing and implementation of the stencil manufacturing practices for the company.
“We are excited about the addition of Carlos to our stencil team,” said Brent Nolan, Chief Operating Officer of FCT Assembly’s stencil division. “His detailed laser knowledge and experience will allow us to continue pushing into the Mexican stencil market.”
With 18 years of industry experience, Bobadilla brings a vast range of expertise including technical support in operations, maintenance of laser equipment, control systems design and customer service. He has presented at numerous seminars and educational programs, particularly pertaining to applications supporting the printing processes and SMT. Bobadilla studied communications and electronics at the University of Guadalajara.
