SLIC� Paste boasts improvements in printability characteristics and manufacturing performance. Developed through a combination of material ion and proprietary blending processes, SLIC� Paste benefits include extended open and idle times, consistent release from the smallest apertures (including micro BGA and 01005s), repeatable paste deposition control for a worry-free printing process, and no to ultra-low voiding during reflow soldering.
SLIC� Paste is readily available in water soluble or no-clean chemistries, and offered in all package types. It is available in a variety of lead and lead-free alloys, including the popular SN100C (Sn/Cu/Ni +Ge).
