The award was presented to President Mike Scimeca by Nihon Superior’s President Tetsuro Nishimura in appreciation of FCT Assembly’s valuable and continuous support of SN100C globally.
FCT Assembly has been working with Nihon Superior since 2002, and was the first company to distribute SN100C in North America.

Scimeca believes that SN100C’s success is based on sound technology and innovation. SN100C Bar Solder is used in thousands of wave soldering machines around the world and has proven its reliability in products exposed to the most severe service environments. Key features include low drossing, low copper erosion, shiny finish, easiest maintenance of all lead-free alloys and joint reliability at least equal to that of Sn63/Pb37. Additionally, more than 1.5 billion products have been assembled using SN100C with no known defects
