CyberOptics’ Chris Rockwell to Speak on SMTAI Exhibit Floor Panel Discussions

Sep 26, 2009

MINNEAPOLIS - September 2009 - CyberOptics Corporation (NASDAQ: CYBE), a leading provider of SMT inspection solutions, announces that Chris Rockwell, Director of Sales – Americas, will participate in the SMTA International Exhibit Floor Panel Discussions, organized by Global SMT & Packaging Magazine. The discussion, titled “The Changing Face of Inspection,” will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 from 12-1 p.m. on the show floor at The Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego, CA.

Predictive testing is the “holy grail” for many test-related companies. Recent innovations from manufacturers of printers and pick-and-place equipment are bringing inspection inside the box. The panel will discuss the merits of this development and whether it is a genuine step on the road to predictive testing.
