The foundation for the cooperation was laid at the 2014 SEHO Technology Days at the end of October at SEHO’s North American headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. Also, insights into STANNOL’s expert knowledge were presented with an emphasis on the characteristics of different flux compositions and the effect of flux residues on the reliability of assemblies.
