Reflow Soldering - For reflow soldering needs SEHO will demonstrate the SEHO MaxiReflow 3.0, an in-line, high-end reflow soldering system. With a heated length of 3150mm and an option of 7, 8 or 10 heated zones, the system is capable of handling boards 500mm wide x 700mm in length. The reflow oven is equipped with a revolutionary, thermally invisible conveyor system and highly functional process gas cleaning. Provided with the SEHO established fan technology, the MaxiReflow yields excellent and repeatable soldering results. A special feature of the MaxiReflow is its totally new transport system "LowMassConveyor". These and other features have already won the system several technology awards and make it the preferred reflow oven for manufacturers’ across the globe.
Selective Soldering – SEHO will also demonstrate its SEHO PowerSelective selective soldering system, offering today’s manufacturer’s maximum flexibility, combined with maximum performance.
The PowerSelective is a modular design capable of supporting boards of 500mm wide x 500mm in length. Both bare boards as well as assemblies in carriers may be processed. Depending on the application the PowerSelective can be equipped with an inline conveyor for integration into a fully automated production line, or with a batch conveyor module for stand alone operation. Productronica will provide SEHO with the platform to unveil the new and outstanding features of this system.
A further option in selective soldering is SEHO’s GoSelective light Inline system for maximum performance in a highly cost-effective package. The GoSelective light features the miniwave soldering process which favours the machine for high product mix with small to medium-sized production volumes. Productronica will see SEHO unveil its new ‘offline’ teaching program with fudicial recognition.
Wave Soldering – SEHO will also demonstrate the SEHO MaxiWave 2300 C. The latest full tunnel nitrogen wave soldering system in the SEHO family, it offers low investment and operational costs, without compromising on perfect soldering results due to its innovative soldering area. The unique design of SEHO’s full-tunnel systems provides a stable, low-oxygen soldering atmosphere without complicated mechanical parts. Through gas jets located in the soldering area, nitrogen enters and flows through the tunnel. This flow displaces the oxygen from the process chamber.
The advantage of SEHO’s technology is confirmed by minimal nitrogen consumption and a low residual oxygen concentration which is achieved within shortest time. The system is featured with an integrated spray fluxing unit which is provided with an exhaust to avoid spray vapours within the process area. The preheating area consists of 6 heating zones with a total length of 1800 mm. As the standard, the MaxiWave 2300 C is equipped with IR preheaters; however, quartz emitters or convection modules also may be integrated to meet special production requirements. Modern and innovative solder nozzle geometries in the flexible soldering area provide ideal soldering results.
Repair Soldering – Lastly, SEHO will demonstrate its SEHO PowerRepair. Once again with budgets in mind it offers a cost-effective option combined with the highest quality. SEHO’s new PowerRepair is designed for professional desoldering and soldering of through-hole components for high-quality, cost-effective repair processes.
