The parts can be purchased individually and come with the set screw pre-installed for quick repairs and easy feeder installation. The company’s blue urethane is specially formulated to increase roller performance and life of the rollers while providing significant cost savings over the OEM.
The Quad 8 mm Feeder Peel Roller is compatible with the following machine types: Quad C-Series, QSA-30, QSP-2, QSV-1, QSX-2, APS-1, APS-1H, Quad 4C and Quad 2C. Additionally, Count On Tools offers all standard Quad nozzles and z-rods (bellows) for the Quad SMT equipment.
