Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, recently sponsored the Christopher R. Howell Memorial Foundation’s 12th Annual Golf Outing at the Kirtland Country Club. During the event, Libra Industries’ CEO Rod Howell awarded two scholarships totaling $20,000. The scholarships were awarded as follows:

Christopher R. Howell Memorial Foundation College Scholarship – Renee Rahz is the 2017 Kirtland High School Scholarship recipient. The Christopher R.
