Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, today announced that Kim Carlson has been promoted to Human Resources Manager. Carlson is based out of the company’s Dallas facility.
Carlson has more than18 years of tactical and strategic human resources experience with exposure in multiple industries. She has specialized in the areas of employee relations and resolutions, performance management strategies and talent acquisitions. Carlson joined Libra Industries from Everest Group, a management consulting firm based in Dallas; where she managed the firm’s global HR functions.
