Addressing the higher end of the X-ray energy spectrum, Datest is now offering integrated high energy imaging services (both X-ray as well as CT scanning), specifically for those electronic failure analysis and materials science applications where energies of 160kV and below are insufficient to provide adequate material penetration and image resolution.
