Prior to HZO, Stephen served as General Manager of Honeywell’s $2.5B IoT and Software Business, where he led the digital transformation of the century-old $40B manufacturer. Before Honeywell, he was with IBM for 9 years, most recently serving as Group CMO of IBM Watson, where he was one of the principal business architects that designed and delivered next-generation AI technology, driving over 10,000 engagements. Stephen holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon where he graduated with distinction as well as a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
