Anda Automation, a leading provider of fluid application and custom design manufacturing equipment, is pleased to announce that it was awarded two 2018 Global Technology Awards in the category of Best Product – Asia for its iCoat-7 Conformal Coating Machine and Cleaning Equipment for its AP-460 Cleaning System. The awards were presented to the company during a Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018 ceremony that took place during SMTA International.
The iCoat 7 offers an accuracy of 0.02mm. Closed-loop fluid circulation and heater provide constant temperature control to guarantee the set fluid viscosity, even in machine suspension mode (Pressure Material Feed System).
The automatic fluid pressure recovery system features a membrane pump that provides a high stability of fluid pressure to guarantee a constant fluid pressure supply even in low fluid pressure conditions. The technologically advanced AP-460 removes all impurities and contaminants (including dust, grease and dirt, as well as static electricity), improving surface area adhesion.
The unique, high-speed AP-460 is a low-cost, in-line, atmospheric plasma system. It is equipped with IPC + motion control card and Windows 7 OS, as well as two programming modes to meet various needs. With a maximum movement speed of 800mm/S and working speed of 500mm/S, the fast and efficient system can increase productivity.
