Graco to Showcase Precise Metering and Dispense Systems at The ASSEMBLY Show 2015

Graco (NYSE:GGG), a world leader in fluid handling products and systems, announces that it will highlight its new Fluid Automation F4-5 Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) dispensing equipment, the PR70 Benchtop Meter, Mix and Dispense System, and the Hydraulic Fixed Ratio (HFR) Metering System at The ASSEMBLY Show 2015. The ASSEMBLY Show will take place October 27-29, 2015, in Rosemont, Illinois. Graco experts will be on hand in Booth #1331 at the expo to demonstrate the benefits of these innovative technologies.

The new Graco Fluid Automation F4-5 systems are designed to keep the dispensing of two-component LSR consistently precise, with two flow meters ensuring the material remains on-ratio. The equipment’s helical gear and unique flow meter construction allows the F4-5 to measure material in extremely small increments, which increases the operator’s ability to detect even the smallest anomaly much sooner. This precise dispensing equipment helps to reduce costs by eliminating off-ratio dispensing and therefore waste caused by non-cured parts.

The Graco PR70 fixed and variable ratio systems accurately meter, mix and dispense medium-to-low viscosity materials for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation and syringe filling. All the features you need, in a compact, modular design. Available in several different system configurations, the PR70 series is capable of handling a wide range of material formulations with +/- 1% accuracy.

Also on display in booth #1331 will be the versatile Graco HFR Metering System, which packs advanced technologies and precision dispensing into one compact, affordable system. The Graco HFR delivers high accuracy and repeatability, ensuring that the ideal ratio and volume is achieved with each dispense to reduce scrap and rework. While other systems in the polyurethane processing equipment marketplace are custom designed for specific applications, the Graco HFR Metering System is modular and configurable, and offers more technology for a lower capital investment than traditional custom RIM equipment.
