France’s largest EMS company, ALL Circuits, is participating in Electronica 2018 in Munich, Germany, from November 13th to 16th on stand number 240 in hall A1. The executive team will be on hand to share their vision and strategy and a few secrets of how an EMS company can thrive in relatively high cost regions like Western Europe.

ALL Circuits began its journey as a management buyout of a former Valeo facility in Meung-sur-Loire, France, that was under the ownership of a tier one global EMS company. Whilst the motivation for the buyout was to save the 400 jobs in France, the strategy quickly moved from survive to thrive. ALL Circuits has since added facilities in Bayonne, France, Tunisia and most recently Guadalajara, Mexico. As well as manufacturing design forms part of the offering thanks to the acquisition of AC Technologies in Angers, France.

As Bruno Racault, ALL Circuits’ President says: “It’s challenging to maintain competitiveness, but we have done so thanks to a commitment to automation and innovation. We still have about the same 400 or so staff in Meung-sur-Loire, but we have more than doubled the turnover”. Bruno adds: “You won’t see many operators touching product in the facility, they are busy designing and managing automated lines and processes.”

The next part of the automation journey is embracing Industry 4.0 and the digital transformation of an already lean, efficient and automated facility, that operates to automotive standards. Thomas Cocquempot is ALL Circuits’ Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and will lead this transformation which goes beyond the factory walls and into what is quickly becoming a globally connected manufacturing ecosystem. Thomas states: “We already have one of the most automated and lean facilities in Europe and perhaps the world, the next stage is the digital transformation to deliver even greater agility and efficiency to our customers.”

The expansion of ALL Circuits’ business has gone well beyond Europe with the addition of plants in Tunisia and recently Mexico, to serve the Americas, underlining the company’s credentials as a truly global player, serving multiple markets.

Drop in to booth #240 in hall A1 and share a coffee and a chat with Bruno and the team and see why they believe you can have it ALL.

ALL Circuits is France’s largest EMS with manufacturing facilities in Meung-sur-Loire and Bayonne, France and overseas manufacturing in Tunisia and Mexico, as well as a design studio in Angers, France. Success has been assured by being extremely customer focused and by ensuring that process innovation and automation remain at the core of the company’s DNA. With more the 25 SMT lines, in over 50,000 square metres, ALL Circuits assembles more than 300,000 boards per day and has an annual turnover over €300 Million.
